BPE has also established this Privacy Policy as an external publication of our Binding Corporate Rules (“BCR”), approved by data protection supervisory authorities of the European Union in November 2012 for the processing of personal information from the EEA as a data controller. For instance, the processing of job candidate applications is governed by the privacy notice posted on our Career Portal.

The data controllers of the data processing activities are the BPE subsidiaries who have determined the data processing means and purposes. They may vary on a case-by-case basis. In many instances, BPE Industries SAS, 35 rue Joseph Monier 92500 Rueil-Malmaison - France, BPE’s Head Office, is the data controller of global data processing activities.
